I think its time to take a look in the mirror and acknowledge what I’m accepting as mediocrity in my life.
Take one small step forward and trust yourself that you are working in the interest of becoming your best self. Be done with repeating the mistakes of your past.
Looking back at this journey and reflecting on where I’ve progressed to, I know I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t begin with a desire to know how to become a successful store manager or become committed to developing into a better leader and improving my communication skills.
If you’ve ever lost that feeling of momentum or that “something is off”, it may be a good opportunity to look at what you’ve been doing and ask yourself about what you’re doing and if it's really working for you.
I wanted to this to be something I did from now on and felt my reason for doing this really needed to mean something for me. Sitting down, I thought about what I wanted to accomplish by giving, as well as what it meant to me to give and why.
I had questions to answer and after reviewing my journal entries, I noticed several areas that helped me answer where I could meet like- minded people.
Sometimes a fresh start begins with heartache and a difficult choice.
