Looking back at this journey and reflecting on where I’ve progressed to, I know I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t begin with a desire to know how to become a successful store manager or become committed to developing into a better leader and improving my communication skills.
What I’ve been feeding my mind has become part of what I believe and been instrumental in developing the best version of myself now.
If you’ve ever lost that feeling of momentum or that “something is off”, it may be a good opportunity to look at what you’ve been doing and ask yourself about what you’re doing and if it's really working for you.
To think of pressure in a new context, I can reduce the stress I typically feel when it’s my turn to execute.
When I signed up for the course I was searching to understand why I had repeated trouble in relationships regarding money and needed help understanding what I could not see.
I wanted to this to be something I did from now on and felt my reason for doing this really needed to mean something for me. Sitting down, I thought about what I wanted to accomplish by giving, as well as what it meant to me to give and why.
I realized there was time given to areas that weren’t serving my long-term goals and began to create new habits and routines that helped me have more than enough time to accomplish everything that I was looking to do.
